The Boulevard has announced that BPerfect will continue trading at its Banbridge outlet centre for the remainder of 2025, following what the scheme described as one of its most successful store launches to date.
Since opening in April, the cosmetics brand’s debut outlet store has attracted high volumes of shoppers, drawn in by discounts of up to 90% off RRP across core ranges and seasonal bundles. Situated in a 2,231 sq ft unit, the BPerfect outlet complements the site’s existing line-up, which includes kate spade ny, Molton Brown, GUESS, Adidas, Nike and French Connection.
The Boulevard, which is owned by Lotus Property and advised by Johnstone Property Consultants and KLM Real Estate, has reported a +15% year-to-date increase in sales and an +8% rise in footfall compared to 2024. These figures stand in contrast to broader national retail trends and underline growing tenant confidence in the scheme’s ongoing support for both new and existing retailers.
BPerfect was established in 2012 by County Down native Brendan McDowell, starting with a simple eyebrow stencil before expanding into a widely recognised beauty brand. Today, its offerings span makeup, tanning, and skincare, with notable endorsements from a range of public figures including Love Island’s Ekin-Su, makeup artists Katie Daley and Louise McDonnell, and influencer Annalivia Hynds.
