EuroShop will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2026 with a five-day “Global Retail Festival”, taking place from 22 to 26 February in Düsseldorf. With five months to go, interest among exhibitors is already strong, with over 1,900 companies from more than 60 countries expected to participate.
Now in its 22nd edition, the 2026 event will welcome thousands of visitors from across the globe to explore the future of retail across 14 exhibition halls spanning over 100,000 square metres.

Despite ongoing challenges in the retail industry, exhibitors from categories such as food service equipment, retail technology, refrigeration and energy management, and event marketing have confirmed their attendance early. The organisers have reported particularly high demand across these sectors, suggesting a strong appetite for innovation.
This milestone edition of EuroShop will present retail’s latest advancements across seven core dimensions. The largest, Shopfitting & Store Design, will feature approximately 450 exhibitors across 27,000 square metres. It will include a wide variety of products and services, from modular systems and visual merchandising to furniture and sustainable materials.
Other key areas include the Lighting Dimension, showcasing how retail environments can be transformed through design-led illumination, and the Expo & Event Marketing zone, which has expanded to two halls due to exhibitor demand. The Refrigeration & Energy Management area will occupy over 25,000 square metres, highlighting the intersection of retail, sustainability and gastronomy.
Within the Retail Technology space, also known as EuroCIS, over 550 companies will present solutions ranging from AI integration and customer-centric systems to smart stores. Additional dimensions include Retail Marketing, focused on sensory engagement and experiential retail, and the fast-growing Food Service segment.
Visitors can also explore numerous special areas across the show floor. These include the Designers’ Village, VM Experience, Food Service Innovation Hub, and the Italian Lighting Lounge. Returning spaces such as Shop! Village, IFES Global Village, dlv Village and the Start-up Hub will provide further opportunities for insight and networking.
The show will also feature the 60s Lounge – a tribute to EuroShop’s origins – and seven content stages covering trends, case studies and global perspectives. New for 2026, Guided Innovation Tours will help attendees navigate emerging topics such as energy optimisation, sustainable design, retail tech and food service. For the first time, organised store tours across Düsseldorf will also be offered.
Artificial intelligence, digital transformation, emotionalisation, and sustainability will all play central roles at EuroShop 2026. As in previous editions, the show aims to bring together decision-makers from retail, design, architecture and technology, all under one roof.
Tickets will be available from 11 November 2025 via the official EuroShop website.
