EuroShop 2026 has confirmed details of its conference programme, which will comprise more than 270 talks delivered across seven thematically curated stages. The event will run from Sunday, 22 February, to Thursday, 26 February 2026, from 10.00am to 6.00pm daily, with tickets available exclusively online.
The programme will bring together international retail experts to share practical insights through keynotes, panel discussions and use cases. Topics will range from technology trends and AI applications to retail and event marketing, store design, food service and sustainable retail concepts.

Seven Stages – Seven Perspectives
The Yellow Stage (Hall 1) will examine developments in expo and event marketing, exploring how brands can build sustainable relationships through live communication, storytelling and emotional engagement.
The Purple Stage (Hall 4) will focus on retail marketing, international trends and AI-assisted, multi-sensory point-of-sale concepts.
In Hall 6, the Red Stage will present best-practice examples of digital transformation, including omni-channel projects, data-driven processes and applied AI solutions. The Blue Stage, also located in Hall 6, will address current and emerging technology trends such as mobile solutions, self-checkout, RFID, payment systems and IT security.
The Black Stage (Hall 7) will serve as a platform for start-ups and scale-ups, highlighting innovations and new business models. Themes will include e-mobility and charging infrastructure within retail environments.
Physical retail environments will be the focus of the Amber Stage (Hall 9), which will showcase international examples spanning architecture, shopfitting, lighting and materials development.

Experimental Format: RETAIL(UN)COVERED
A further feature of the programme is RETAIL(UN)COVERED in Hall 12. Master’s students from Studio Retail at the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf have developed a modular stage concept for live events, discussions and immersive formats across a 230 sq m area. The space will incorporate high-resolution LED screens and 3D real-time environments to frame a curated agenda addressing Future, AI & Technology, Community, Social & People, and Sustainability, Nature & Our Planet.

Community Space in Hall 7
Alongside the formal stage programme, Retail WG in Hall 7 will provide an open community space for retailers, brands and start-ups. Over the five-day event, the area is intended to facilitate networking, exchange and collaborative development.
