Retail Week LIVE
Retail Week LIVE is a one-day conference for retail leaders, taking place on Thursday 18 March 2027 at Convene, 155 Bishopsgate, in the City of London. It is organised by William Reed and powered by Retail Week, in association with The Grocer, Convenience Store and MCA. The event was previously called LIVE: Retail Week x The Grocer, and the 2026 edition was held at the Business Design Centre in Islington.
What to expect
The day is built around talks and discussion rather than an exhibition. Sessions run across a Headline Stage, Solutions Sessions and an Intelligence Lab, covering growth and profitability, AI, customer experience, business transformation, and talent and leadership. Speakers and case studies are drawn from grocery, fashion, home, DIY, ecommerce and hospitality, with time set aside for peer networking.
Who attends
The organisers expect more than 700 attendees, most of them decision-makers at retailers, wholesalers and FMCG businesses.
Tickets
Tickets are paid, and retailer tickets are open only to people working for a retailer, wholesaler or FMCG business. Members of Retail Week, The Grocer or MCA can ask whether they qualify for a guest place. The programme and booking details are on the Retail Week LIVE website.
