Silverburn, owned by Henderson Park and managed by Eurofund Group, has announced that Footasylum will reopen in the centre with a significantly larger footprint. The retailer will occupy a 9,585 sq ft two‑storey unit, returning to a location it once served.
Footasylum joins a growing list of fashion arrivals at Silverburn in 2025, following the openings of Bershka, Hollister, Pull & Bear and Stradivarius. The new store will become Footasylum’s fourth outlet in Glasgow and contributes to its portfolio of around 60 locations nationwide.

Alberto Esguevillas, CEO UK Retail at Eurofund Group, said:Footasylum is a stand-out success story in the UK retail market, and we are pleased to see it return to Silverburn, where it is sure to be a welcome and popular new arrival.
Earlier in the year, Footasylum reported record performance for its 2024 financial year, with revenue growth and a 188 % rise in profits. The news comes amid a strong period for Silverburn, which in 2024 recorded over 15 million visits and double‑digit sales growth for a second consecutive year.
Over the past three years, Henderson Park and Eurofund Group have completed more than 60 leasing deals at Silverburn, reinforcing the centre’s reputation as a leading retail destination in Scotland.
Henderson Park and Eurofund Group were represented in the transaction by Culverwell and Time Retail Partners.
