H&M has opened a new store at Thistles Shopping Centre in Stirling, marking the brand’s return to the city with a refreshed retail format. The store officially launched on Thursday, 15 May, and spans 1,200 square metres.

The new space has been designed with a contemporary layout and updated interiors, reflecting H&M’s focus on enhancing the in-store experience. Departments include Womenswear, Divided, Menswear, and Kidswear, with the selection tailored to offer a curated edit of the brand’s collections.

Modern service features such as self-service checkouts and click & collect lockers have been included to improve convenience and streamline the shopping process. These additions are part of H&M’s ongoing strategy to adapt its physical stores to better meet current customer expectations.
