Jo Malone London is preparing to open its first standalone store in Northern Ireland at Victoria Square, Belfast, on 1 December 2026. The fragrance brand will take a 3,402 sq ft unit, moving to a new home within the shopping centre.

The store will carry fragrances, home scents, candles, bath and body products and gifts. Its arrival adds a dedicated Jo Malone London location to Victoria Square’s beauty and lifestyle offer ahead of the Christmas trading period.

Victoria Square owner Commerz Real says centre sales rose 23% in the first half of 2026 compared with the same period in 2025. The centre has also welcomed Sephora and Bershka, while Pull & Bear has expanded. Abercrombie & Fitch has since opened its first Northern Ireland store there.

“2026 has been a phenomenal year for us, and welcoming Jo Malone London’s first standalone store in Northern Ireland is a fantastic endorsement of the confidence leading brands have in the destination.

Victoria Square continues to outperform the wider market because of the quality and diversity of our retail offer, the strength of our catchment, and importantly, our ability to provide brands with the right platform to succeed. We are the place to be for leading retailers looking to make a real impact in Northern Ireland, and Jo Malone London will be a great addition.”

Julie King, Senior Asset Manager at Commerz Real
