Jollyes has announced the nationwide expansion of its “Zoomies” delivery service in partnership with Uber Eats, following a successful trial across 13 stores. The move now allows pet owners across the UK to order essentials ranging from frozen raw food to litter trays directly to their doors in as little as 30 minutes.

Jollyes Zoomies Uber Launch 2 Large

Delivery Service Tailored to a Digital Generation

The initial pilot proved popular with Gen Z and Millennial pet owners, driving a shift in shopping habits that mirrors broader consumer behaviour. The service allows customers within a five-mile radius of a participating store to place orders via the Uber Eats app for same-day delivery. This includes over 2,000 products, such as dry food, toys, and accessories, picked and packed by local Jollyes store teams.

During the trial phase, the service accounted for nearly 10% of Jollyes’ total online orders. Popular items included raw frozen dog food, natural treats, toys, and pet training supplies—indicating strong uptake among customers who prioritise convenience and quality nutrition for their pets.

The pilot locations spanned across the UK, including cities such as Cardiff, Sheffield, Edinburgh, and Newtownabbey. With the exception of five stores—Bristol Cadbury, Endsleigh, Enniskillen, Omagh, and Cookstown—the service is now available nationwide.

Instant Access to Pet Essentials

Orders are placed directly through the Uber Eats app. Just like with food delivery, pet owners can browse a digital store menu and have their selected items delivered quickly. The service is designed to accommodate everyday needs as well as unexpected requirements, such as last-minute orders for litter trays or puppy food.

Joe Wykes, CEO of Jollyes, said:
“These continue to be exciting times at Jollyes as we look for new ways to fulfil our commitment to be the lowest-price pet retailer in town – whether customers want to visit us in store or take advantage of convenient options such as Zoomies through Uber Eats.”

He added that the delivery model addresses a key gap in the market, offering specialist pet products at accessible prices and with expert support, while also embracing the convenience-driven habits of younger consumers.

Strategic Growth Through Convenience

As consumer expectations around delivery speed and convenience continue to rise, this partnership positions both companies to meet those demands while strengthening their respective footprints in the retail and on-demand delivery sectors.
