Strengthening LEGO’s presence in Manchester

The relocation of the LEGO Store Arndale reflects Manchester Arndale’s ongoing appeal to top international brands. Steve Gray, head of European retail asset management at Global Mutual, joint asset managers of Manchester Arndale, commented:

“It is great to see the LEGO Group commit its long-term future to Manchester Arndale with a new larger store. The LEGO Store is one of our most popular retailers, and we expect their enhanced space will attract even more shoppers. The commitment of leading retailers such as the LEGO Group highlights the belief international brands have in Manchester Arndale, which continues to attract visitors from across the North West and beyond.”

More LEGO stores across the UK

The UK currently has 20 LEGO Stores, and the Arndale relocation follows a successful expansion year for LEGO Group in 2024, which saw new store openings in Cribbs Mall, Bristol, and across Europe. The upgraded Manchester location aims to further enhance the LEGO brand experience, ensuring fans can enjoy interactive play and exclusive events.

The official opening date and details of in-store events will be announced soon.
