LOOKFANTASTIC has launched its first concept store, marking a shift from online to in-person retail. This new space aims to create a community-driven and educational beauty experience, offering a hands-on approach to shopping.

The store, which builds on the success of LOOKFANTASTIC’s events and pop-ups, is designed to educate customers about various brands and products through in-person interaction. With the world’s first in-store Color Wow salon, the store focuses on guiding and exciting customers. Its vibrant, colour-coded zoning system helps shoppers navigate different product categories, including skincare and fragrance. The The Box beauty box service has also been brought to life in-store, allowing customers to curate personalised beauty collections.
