Luxury wellness brand Rituals will launch a new 2,035 sq ft unit, featuring its range of bath, body and home products. Developed using ingredients of natural origin, its product line is aimed at enhancing daily routines. The brand complements the centre’s health and beauty line-up, which already includes Boots, L’Occitane, The Fragrance Shop, and Superdrug.

Australian-founded Jamaica Blue has secured a 1,794 sq ft space. Known for its coffee and globally inspired menu, the brand offers an all-day brunch service alongside wraps, bagels, oven-baked dishes, and desserts. The chain, which began in 1992, is present in seven countries and is increasing its footprint in the UK.

The new lettings coincide with a reported footfall of 14.1 million visitors over the past year at The Lexicon, drawn by a year-round programme of events and activities that appeal to residents and visitors from across the Thames Valley.

Tom Woolven, Asset Manager for Schroders Capital’s real estate team, commented:
“It is great to secure such a strong selection of new arrivals at The Lexicon as we continue to diversify our tenant mix. Both Mango and Rituals are favourites amongst UK shoppers, so they are really welcome additions to The Lexicon, and we expect both to generate high interest amongst our customers.

“Bracknell continues to go from strength to strength, and these new arrivals, along with the growing footfall across The Lexicon, demonstrates how our on-site team continue to make the scheme a welcoming place for all. Their action-packed events calendar helps to create a retail destination which is vibrant all year round ensuring The Lexicon remains the Thames Valley’s leading retail destination.”

Leasing activity for the new arrivals has been handled by the centre’s retained agents, CBRE and Lunson Mitchenall.
