Fulham Road, situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, is recognised for its wealth and luxury, hosting a variety of high-end tenants such as Chanel, Acne, and Carolina Herrera. The area has increasingly become a hub for those seeking luxury homeware, with brands like Clive Christian and Janus recently establishing a presence there. The acquired property is tenanted by several luxury brands, including OKA, Janus et Cie, and Poltrona Frau, enhancing the high-end retail mix of the area.
