Moss has opened its latest flagship store at Broadgate Central, unveiling a new retail concept in one of London’s busiest commercial and lifestyle destinations. The 1,582 sq ft space opened on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, offering a full range of menswear tailored to office workers, commuters and local visitors alike.

The store’s location places it in the heart of the Square Mile, with high footfall from nearby Liverpool Street station, Spitalfields Market, Shoreditch and Brick Lane. It is strategically positioned to appeal to professionals looking for premium Italian suiting as well as those seeking smart-casualwear and luxury knitwear ahead of the festive season.

Broadgate Central itself features 289,000 sq ft of retail, hospitality and leisure space and is expected to see a rise in foot traffic to 36 million visitors in 2026, up from the current 29 million annually. Moss joins a range of brands operating in the newly developed district, set within the reimagined Exchange Square.

The Broadgate store introduces a refined retail concept focused on simplicity, confidence and convenience. The layout has been designed to highlight the full product offering while prioritising customer experience. Dedicated zones feature ready-to-wear collections and formal hire services, housed in sleek interiors that mirror the brand’s evolving identity.

“It’s a space that puts the customer experience first,” said Robbi Hicks, Head of Creative at Moss. “With dedicated areas for our full ready-to-wear range and hire services, it’s built to offer more for every occasion. We’re thrilled to be part of Broadgate Central and with a commitment to both style and substance, Moss is showing that the future of retail belongs to those willing to evolve.”

CEO Brian Brick added: “Men today don’t just want to look good – they want to feel confident in what they wear. That means clothes that fit well, feel great, and suit their day, wherever that takes them. Our role is to take the stress out of getting dressed – combining style with service that makes the whole experience effortless.”

This opening continues a year of strong momentum for Moss, which is on track to reach 115 stores across the UK by the end of 2025. The Broadgate launch underlines the retailer’s ambition to modernise the menswear shopping experience while remaining rooted in its tailoring heritage.
