Menswear retailer Moss has reopened its original Jermyn Street store following an extensive refurbishment, introducing a more spacious retail environment and an updated Custom Made service as part of its wider UK store investment programme.
British menswear retailer Moss has reopened its original Jermyn Street store in London following an extensive refurbishment, introducing a redesigned 2,277 sq ft retail space and an enhanced Custom Made tailoring service.
Located at 103–105 Jermyn Street, the flagship occupies a position on one of London’s established shopping streets for traditional British menswear, tailoring and luxury shoemakers. The refurbishment introduces a more spacious interior with a contemporary design intended to reflect the retailer’s evolving identity while retaining its connection to the area’s tailoring heritage.
Founded in 1851 and formerly known as Moss Bros, Moss has developed its offer beyond traditional suiting to include contemporary casualwear, custom-made tailoring and hire services. The Jermyn Street project forms part of the retailer’s ongoing investment in its UK store portfolio.
Contemporary Design and Personalised Tailoring
The redesigned flagship features a more spacious shopping environment and a carefully curated presentation of the brand’s menswear collections. The updated interior reflects Moss’ wider approach to store design, with an emphasis on product presentation, contemporary styling and customer service.
A central element of the refurbishment is the refreshed Custom Made service, which provides customers with a dedicated environment for made-to-order tailoring.
The service complements Moss’ ready-to-wear collections, with trained in-store experts guiding customers through an expanded range of tailoring and personalisation options. The approach places greater emphasis on individual fit, garment details and customer consultation within a more private and relaxed setting.
“We’re extremely excited to reopen the doors of our iconic central London space. We’ve all worked together to bring Moss’ elevated vision to life and present a contemporary design. We’re not saying goodbye to our heritage but we are welcoming in a new chapter, with a clear vision, a focus on innovation, elevated customer experience, and a commitment to both style and substance. The brand is showing that the future of retail belongs to those willing to evolve.”

AW26 Collection Launches Alongside Reopening
The reopening coincides with the second phase of Moss’ Autumn/Winter 2026 In Good Company campaign, which introduces a collection centred on versatile styling, relaxed silhouettes and refined tailoring details.
The range incorporates Italian woven fabrics, soft shoulders and working cuffs, alongside updates to tailoring construction and garment silhouettes.
Double-breasted suits feature prominently in the collection, with heavyweight flannels, silk, cashmere and organic wool among the materials used. The tailoring offer is complemented by an expanded selection of casualwear, including knitwear, relaxed trousers and hybrid jackets designed for different styling combinations.
The collection reflects Moss’ continued development of its ready-to-wear offer, combining traditional tailoring references with more relaxed everyday clothing.
Both projects introduced updated store environments designed to accommodate the retailer’s wider menswear range and personalised services, reflecting a broader programme of investment in customer experience.
Moss has three additional refurbished store openings scheduled for the remainder of 2026 as it continues to update its UK retail portfolio.
The Jermyn Street flagship is located at 103–105 Jermyn Street, London, SW1Y 6EE.
