New Look is set to open a larger 12,120 sq ft concept store at Bluewater on 3rd April. Located on the Upper Thames Walk, the new store will introduce a range of features designed to enhance the customer shopping experience.
The redesigned space will include New Look’s first-ever omni-hub, integrating digital elements such as showrooms, inspiration zones, and interactive displays to provide a more seamless and engaging shopping journey. This expansion follows the retailer’s £3 million investment into its Manchester stores, where it trialled new store formats aimed at improving merchandising and aligning the shopfloor with its evolving brand identity.

A dedicated Service Hub will also be introduced to facilitate collections and returns, making the shopping process more efficient. The store will continue to offer an extensive range of womenswear and accessories, while also incorporating a menswear showroom. A mezzanine floor will house the 915 collection, featuring casual clothing, sportswear, and accessories designed for girls aged 9-15.
New Look Opening Promotions at Bluewater Shopping Centre
To celebrate the launch, New Look will host a series of promotions from 3rd to 5th April. The first 200 customers who make a purchase will receive goody bags, while hidden gift cards will be placed around the store. Visitors can also enjoy a live DJ set and complimentary refreshments, including coffee, bubble tea, and pink hot chocolate.
In addition, customers spending £50 will have the opportunity to win prizes from an in-store claw machine, and one lucky shopper each day will receive their shopping bag as a gifted haul.
