Designer sofa and furniture retailer Nick Scali is set to open at The Cribbs Retail Park after signing a 10-year lease for a new 14,660 sq ft showroom.

The store will carry a range of contemporary sofas, dining furniture, bedroom collections and home accessories, extending the home and furniture offer at the Bristol retail destination.

Nick Scali will join an established mix of home, electrical, sport and leisure retailers at Cribbs, including Currys, Next Home & Garden, Wren Kitchens and Sports Direct, alongside Club Golf.

The letting comes amid wider leasing activity across Cribbs, where MINISO signed a 10-year lease for a new Cribbs Causeway store earlier in 2026, followed by Rodd & Gunn’s move into a standalone store at Cribbs Mall.

“We are delighted to welcome Nick Scali to The Retail Park. The brand is an excellent addition to our retail mix and further enhances our position as the home of high-quality furniture in the South West.

“One of Cribbs’ greatest strengths is the breadth of complementary retailers located across the destination. Customers can shop for furniture, homeware, electricals, sport and leisure in one place, with everything within a short walk and convenient parking throughout the scheme. Cribbs offers a genuinely joined-up shopping experience that continues to attract West Country locals and visitors alike.”

Katie Searle, Director, Asset Management, at Sovereign Centros by CBRE

Sovereign Centros by CBRE provides full asset management services across Cribbs on behalf of M&G Real Estate. Time Retail Partners and Cushman & Wakefield are retained letting agents for the centre, with Green & Partners retained in a leasing advisory role.

The 14,660 sq ft showroom will add Nick Scali to the destination’s existing concentration of home and furniture retailers.
