Silverburn, the retail and leisure destination in Glasgow owned by Henderson Park and managed by Eurofund Group, has announced that Oliver Bonas will become the latest brand to join its tenant line-up.
The independent fashion, jewellery and homewares retailer is set to open a 5,759 sq ft store at the centre, bringing its distinct design-led offering to the Glasgow market. Founded in 1993 by Oliver Tress, the retailer began as a single London store focused on gifts collected from abroad. Today, the brand is recognised nationally for its unique combination of fashion, accessories, and homeware, with all products designed in-house.

Silverburn has experienced a period of sustained growth. In 2024, the centre recorded its second consecutive year of record footfall, with over 15 million visits, alongside double-digit growth in sales. Over the course of their three-year joint venture, Henderson Park and Eurofund Group have completed more than 60 deals to enhance the centre’s retail, dining and leisure offering.
The announcement of Oliver Bonas follows a wider strategy to diversify the tenant mix at Silverburn. With recent improvements to footfall and consumer engagement, the centre continues to strengthen its position within Scotland’s retail landscape.
The landlords were represented in the transaction by Culverwell and Time Retail Partners.
