Outlet Shopping at The O2 has expanded its retail portfolio with the addition of three prominent brands: kate spade new york, Jack & Jones, and New Era. These openings mark each brand’s inaugural outlet presence in London, reinforcing The O2’s status as a premier shopping destination.
Located adjacent to the main entrance on the upper level, kate spade new york’s 2,408 sq ft store offers a range of women’s products, including handbags, small leather goods, accessories, jewellery, clothing, and footwear. The store is positioned near other fashion retailers such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and French Connection.

Jack & Jones has secured a 4,219 sq ft unit next to Radley on the upper level. The Danish men’s fashion brand focuses on denim and complements existing menswear retailers like Moss, Hackett, and Crew Clothing Company within The O2.
New Era’s 1,471 sq ft store, also on the upper level, enhances The O2’s sportswear offerings. The store features a wide selection of caps, including those from licensed partnerships with MLB, NFL, and NBA teams, and joins sports brands such as Under Armour, Asics, Nike, and adidas.
