RIMOWA, the German premium luggage brand, has opened its newly relocated London boutique at 125 New Bond Street. The new space officially launched on 16 April, offering a refreshed retail experience in one of the capital’s most renowned luxury shopping destinations.
Occupying five floors, the boutique preserves the character of its historical setting while introducing a contemporary design that reflects the brand’s minimalist ethos. A central staircase made of metal, terrazzo and glass links the primary commercial levels and leads to a skylight that fills the interior with natural light.
Among the key additions is an entire floor dedicated to client care. This service centre provides on-site repairs for items such as zippers, telescopic handles, wheels, locks and other essential parts, aligning with RIMOWA’s lifetime guarantee policy introduced in 2022.
The boutique presents RIMOWA’s full product range, including its signature aluminium suitcases and modern travel accessories, displayed in a gallery-inspired format. A lounge area on the first floor offers views of the surrounding area through a large arched window, adding to the boutique’s relaxed, modern aesthetic.
