Registration for the Retail Technology Show (RTS), the leading event that connects Europe’s most forward-thinking retailers and leading tech innovators, is now open.
Debuting in its new home, ExCeL London, RTS will welcome 16,000 retail professionals to explore its retail carnival on 02 & 03 April 2025, bringing the wonder of retail to life at the industry’s flagship event that celebrates innovation and fast-forwards retailers’ digital transformation.
Building upon significant visitor growth in 2024, with overall RTS attendees increasing by +28% year-on-year (YoY), RTS 2025 promises to bring the retail carnival to town, offering even more of the thrills and spills synonymous with Europe’s largest retail tech event.
RTS 2025 – A Big Top of tech to power every part of retail
In what Adidas’ Global Director of Profit and Risk, Corin Dennison, described last year as a ‘one-stop shop’ for innovation, RTS is packing even more in to its Big Top tent of technology in 2025.
Expanding its show floor to meet exponential demand, RTS 2025 will feature even more disruptive innovations, offering solutions that power every part of retail operations across the full spectrum of technology. From Retail Media to Augmented Reality (AR), AI and data solutions, through to store and online analytics, logistics and supply chain optimisation, RTS offers something for every retailer looking for transformative tech.

As well as a packed show floor, RTS 2025’s Start-Up Superstars offers retailers a behind-the-curtain peek at so-far unseen solutions, while the Retail Futures stand, in partnership with Commerce Futures, will shine a spotlight on ecommerce solutions as well as hosting retailer-only deep-dive content sessions focused on the future of online trading.
The crystal ball of retail trends
Once again, the sector’s brightest minds take centre stage at RTS in 2025, with 100+ brand maestros and leading luminaries discussing all the latest industry-defining hot-topics that are setting the retail agenda and shaping future retail strategy.

New for 2025, RTS will be doubling its content focused on ecommerce and digital retailing.
