Rituals Cosmetics will open a new store in The Chimes Shopping Centre, Uxbridge, on 18 June 2025. The store will offer the brand’s full range of bath, body, and home products, as part of its ongoing expansion across the UK.

The Chimes, located in West London, is a well-frequented shopping centre with a mix of high street and premium retailers. The new store adds to the centre’s health and beauty offer and aligns with Rituals’ focus on physical retail locations designed around sensory and wellbeing-led experiences.

The Uxbridge opening is part of a broader retail strategy by Rituals, which continues to add locations in key urban and suburban centres. The brand has stated that its retail approach aims to provide a calm, focused environment for customers engaging with its product lines, which range from skincare and body care to home fragrance.

Annemarie Forsyth, Managing Director of Rituals Cosmetics (UK & Ireland), said: “We’re excited to open our doors at The Chimes Shopping Centre, Uxbridge, and introduce more people to the Rituals philosophy of slowing down and finding beauty in the everyday. Our carefully crafted collections, from luxurious bath and body care to soothing home fragrances, are designed to encourage moments of stillness and self-care. We can’t wait to welcome customers into the new store and help them create their own meaningful moments.”

Darren Harman, Centre Director at The Chimes, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Rituals to Station Walk at The Chimes. Their unique approach to wellbeing and self-care complements our diverse health and beauty offerings, enriching the shopping experience for our visitors. Rituals’ arrival marks another exciting addition for 2025, and we look forward to introducing more exceptional brands to our community throughout the year.”

The store will be located at Unit 235 within the centre. Rituals’ expansion comes as the company continues to grow its presence internationally. It now operates over 1,300 standalone stores and more than 3,900 shop-in-shops across 43 countries. As part of its stated environmental goals, Rituals is also progressing towards the use of 90% natural origin ingredients and recyclable or refillable packaging across its product ranges.
