Luxury Swiss skincare brand Swiss Perfection has made its UK retail debut at Harrods, introducing its products to the British market through an exclusive launch at the Knightsbridge department store.
The collection became available on 27 July 2026 and includes the RS-28 Intensive Revitalising range, which the brand describes as its most advanced anti-ageing programme.

The Harrods launch extends Swiss Perfection’s distribution beyond its established network of luxury spas and hotels, supporting its development as a consumer-facing international skincare brand.
Swiss Perfection Enters UK Retail
Founded in 1995, Swiss Perfection has built its product proposition around plant cell extraction and its proprietary Cellular Active IRISA technology.
The brand describes itself as the first skincare company to apply plant cell extraction technology to cosmetics. Its formulas use a complex derived from the rhizome of the Iris Germanica flower, which Swiss Perfection says is intended to support the skin’s natural renewal process.
The Harrods launch gives the brand a presence within one of the UK’s principal luxury beauty retail environments. The department store’s Beauty Halls bring together established international houses and specialist skincare businesses, providing Swiss Perfection with access to both domestic customers and visitors to London.
The range is available exclusively through Harrods in the UK.

Iris-Based Technology Shapes The Brand
Swiss Perfection’s technology was developed from research undertaken by Dr Bernard Bovet, who worked as a lead scientist at a cellular regeneration clinic in Montreux between 1966 and 1988.
The origins of the formulation are connected to his family home, Château de Vullierens, where his wife cultivated Iris Germanica plants.
According to the brand, Dr Bovet observed the plant’s ability to return after Switzerland’s cold winters and began researching its rhizomes. This work led to the extraction process used to create Cellular Active IRISA.
Swiss Perfection says the process is designed to preserve plant-derived cellular components for use within its skincare formulas. The resulting complex is used across the collection in products intended to support hydration, skin renewal and the visible appearance of ageing.
Every Iris Germanica used in Swiss Perfection products is grown at Château de Vullierens, a historic estate near Lake Geneva. The château and its gardens remain central to the brand’s visual identity and product story.
The link between the estate, the flower and the laboratory research gives Swiss Perfection a consistent narrative across its ingredients, packaging and wider market positioning.
RS-28 Range Leads The Harrods Launch
The UK launch introduces the RS-28 Intensive Revitalising range, developed around the skin’s natural renewal cycle.
The programme is designed for use over 28 days and targets visible signs of ageing including wrinkles, loss of firmness, dark spots and reduced radiance.
Products within the range combine Cellular Active IRISA with concentrated skincare ingredients. Swiss Perfection positions the collection as an intensive treatment programme rather than a conventional daily moisturising range.
At the centre of the collection is the RS-28 Rejuvenation Serum. The product uses the brand’s latest IRISA Exosome Technology, which Swiss Perfection says is 19 times more concentrated than its original formula.
The wider RS-28 collection includes products developed for the face and eye area, together with treatments focused on radiance and skin vitality.
By leading its UK debut with RS-28, Swiss Perfection is positioning its most specialised programme at the centre of its Harrods offer while also introducing customers to the wider Cellular Active IRISA product portfolio.
From Spa Distribution To Consumer Retail
Swiss Perfection was acquired by Shinsegae International in 2020 as part of the South Korean company’s expansion within luxury beauty.
At the time of the acquisition, the skincare brand operated primarily through a business-to-business distribution network serving luxury spas, hotels and specialist destinations across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Shinsegae International has since focused on developing Swiss Perfection as a business-to-consumer brand, strengthening its spa and retail presence in markets including South Korea, China and Japan.
The Harrods launch represents the next stage in that strategy, giving the brand an exclusive UK retail platform while maintaining its positioning within high-end skincare and hospitality environments.
Swiss Perfection continues to base its product development on its Swiss heritage and Iris Germanica technology while using department stores, dedicated retail locations and spa partnerships to reach a wider international customer base.
The collection is now available exclusively at Harrods.
