Cadogan has announced a series of retail openings across Sloane Street, Sloane Square and the King’s Road for autumn 2026, combining international and UK store expansion with first permanent boutiques from London-founded brands.
On Sloane Street, New York-based womenswear brand Ulla Johnson will open its first international flagship at 150 Sloane Street. The store has been designed in collaboration with Italian architect and designer Giuseppe Porcelli and will also present a rotating selection of British contemporary craft through a partnership with Sarah Myerscough Gallery.

The opening adds to recent fashion activity on Sloane Street, including the Ami Paris pop-up and ROKSANDA concept store launched during 2026.
At Sloane Square, London-founded DeMellier is preparing to open its first physical flagship. The store will bring the brand’s handbag collections into a permanent retail setting for the first time.
The unit sits alongside Martino’s, the recently opened Italian restaurant from Martin Kuczmarski, the restaurateur behind The Dover. Ralph Lauren is also preparing to open a new menswear store on Sloane Square in September, opposite its existing womenswear boutique.
Further openings are planned along the King’s Road. French womenswear brand Maison 123 will open its first UK physical store at 92 King’s Road, while Spanish womenswear label BYAN is also due to open on the street. Italian footwear brand BallereTTe will establish its first UK store on the King’s Road.
London-founded jewellery brand Otiumberg will open its first boutique at 178 King’s Road, expanding its physical presence beyond its existing Holland Park showroom.
Elsewhere, French fashion brand Sézane will open a 3,319 sq ft store at 145 King’s Road as part of its continued UK expansion. Art Play has also expanded its studio this month, joining BookBar, Comics & Cakes and New Forms, which all opened in the area during 2025.
James Stoll, Director of Asset Management at Cadogan, said:
“London remains one of the world’s most important retail destinations, and brands increasingly seek locations that offer more than just footfall. Chelsea’s distinctive character combines international appeal with a strong local community, providing an opportunity to be part of a local destination with global reach. Following several exciting hospitality openings, including Martino’s and Brasserie Olivia on Sloane Square, it is the combination of exceptional retail, hospitality and culture that makes the area such a compelling proposition, giving brands a platform to thrive and visitors a reason to keep coming back.”

The retail programme follows the recent additions of Martino’s and Brasserie Olivia to Sloane Square, alongside the wider programme of autumn openings across Chelsea.
