The fashion brand will introduce its refreshed Superdry & Co identity to Derby, with womenswear, menswear, outerwear and Bench forming part of the new 3,576 sq ft store.
Superdry & Co is set to open a new store at Derbion in Derby after signing for a 3,576 sq ft unit at the retail and leisure destination.
The store will introduce Superdry & Co’s refreshed identity to Derby following the unveiling of Superdry & Co in 2025. The new format is described as lighter and brighter, with an elevated environment built around the brand’s preppy-influenced style.
Spanning womenswear and menswear, the store will carry clothing and accessories from the latest Autumn/Winter collections alongside Superdry’s established outerwear range.
Derby shoppers will also be able to shop Bench, the streetwear label that joined the Superdry & Co portfolio earlier this year, extending the store’s offer towards a younger, trend-led customer.
Superdry & Co has signed a 10-year lease for the new location.
Derbion says the growth of its fashion offer is taking place alongside wider investment across Derby city centre, with an expanding student and young professional population forming part of the customer base it is seeking to serve.
“The addition of Superdry to our line-up aligns well with Derbion’s young shopper demographic which continues to grow thanks to the rising student and young professional population. “Superdry also continues the run of leading international brands coming to Derbion as we strengthen our position as the home of fashion in the East Midlands.”
Beth McDonald Managing Director at Derbion
“Derby’s a great city, and Derbion is the perfect location to launch our new Superdry & Co store format. There’ll be customers who’ve known us for years and people who’ve never shopped with us, and I want all of them to experience how the brand has evolved and what we stand for now. We have a huge opportunity ahead, and I’m thrilled to be opening new stores in 2026.”
