CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM), the property landlord, has announced the inauguration of JD Sports’ new 4,453-square-foot regional flagship store at the Ashley Centre in Epsom. Situated on the ground floor close to the central square.

The store features an extensive selection of clothing, footwear, and accessories, including exclusive products. Shoppers can expect to find items from top brands such as Nike, adidas, The North Face, and Puma. The new location signifies JD Sports’ continued expansion and commitment to providing a diverse range of products to consumers.

CBRE Investment Management is currently completing a £5 million refurbishment programme to revitalise the scheme in Epsom and the expansion of the retail offer, led by JD, is a key milestone for the project, due to be completed by the end of the year.

JD joins another recent entrant to the Ashley Centre, GAIL’s Bakery, providing visitors with a wider choice of high-profile brand names within its retail offer alongside Deichmann, Monsoon and NEXT.
