Victoria Leeds, owned and managed by Redical, has announced that sustainable outdoor brand Finisterre has signed for a 2,464 sq ft store in the Victoria Quarter, marking the brand’s first Northern UK store.
Founded in Cornwall and inspired by the sea, Finisterre is known for responsibly made outerwear, knitwear and everyday essentials designed for use both on and off the coast. The new store will present the brand’s full lifestyle collection alongside its cold-water surfwear and award-winning outerwear ranges.

Rachel Bradburn, Head of Leasing at Redical, said: “Finisterre is a British brand with a loyal following and a powerful purpose, and an exceptional addition to our line-up. Their northern debut with us at Victoria Leeds builds on the destination’s growing appeal to distinctive, values-led retailers. Following hot on the heels of OMNES and Dinny Hall signings, these lettings reinforce Victoria Leeds as the home of northern firsts and a leading platform for premium, design-driven brands.”
Will Sheane, CEO at Finisterre, added: “Victoria Leeds is the perfect home for us. It’s right in the heart of a vibrant city with a strong sense of community and a growing appetite for sustainable, high-quality outdoor apparel.”
Finisterre already has deep connections in the North, with ambassadors such as Sandy Kerr and Bradford-born Sally McGee who surf some of the UK’s coldest waves and embody the brand’s spirit of adventure and outdoor life.
This new Leeds location marks a natural next step for Finisterre, fortifying its Northern community and sharing its coastal ethos with more people who value the outdoors, adventure and sustainability. “We can’t wait to open our doors in Leeds and welcome everyone in,” the brand stated.
Opening this winter, the Finisterre store will feature the brand’s minimal aesthetic and use reclaimed or repurposed materials. It will also offer in-store services including repairs and product recycling to support its circular fashion commitment.
Finisterre’s arrival at Victoria Leeds follows a series of high-profile lettings at the destination including OMNES and Dinny Hall, illustrating Redical’s strategy to curate a diverse and distinctive retail mix that blends heritage credentials with innovation.
