SKIMS will open its first UK standalone store on Regent Street, London, in summer 2026. The US-based brand, co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede, has signed a 10-year lease for a 12,000 sq ft retail space at 245–247 Regent Street with The Crown Estate.
The store will mark the brand’s first permanent retail presence in the UK. Known for its focus on underwear, loungewear and shapewear, SKIMS will join a mix of international fashion retailers and brands operating on Regent Street. The location places the brand in one of London’s key retail districts.

Emphasising Regent Street’s position as London’s premier lifestyle destination, the arrival of SKIMS highlights the area’s sustained attractiveness for global brands.
“This opening will enhance the diversity of The Crown Estate’s wider retail and leisure offering, boosting both footfall and commercial activity in the West End by driving different audiences towards the world-class destination that is Regent Street.”
The new store will add to the area’s existing mix of retail, dining and entertainment businesses. The Crown Estate has stated the signing is in line with its plans to continue shaping the West End as a central London destination that adapts to changing visitor needs.

The store is expected to open in mid-2026.
