ARNE has signed for a 3,658 sq ft store at Victoria Leeds, marking the fashion brand’s third permanent UK location as it continues to expand its physical retail presence.

The store will be located within Victoria Quarter at Victoria Leeds and will carry ARNE’s full offer across menswear, womenswear and footwear. Founded in 2018, the brand has developed around high-quality, considered products positioned at an accessible price point, with its range spanning everyday essentials and versatile contemporary pieces.

The Victoria Leeds agreement represents another stage in ARNE’s expansion eight years after its launch. It also follows the brand’s move into temporary physical retail formats, including a Carnaby Street pop-up announced in 2025.

Victoria Quarter Signing

Victoria Leeds is owned and operated by Redical, with the ARNE unit joining the fashion and lifestyle mix within the destination’s historic Victoria Quarter.

“Victoria Leeds remains distinct in its ability to secure brands with outstanding reputations and the quality offer to match. The destination continues to evolve because we’ve accumulated the best of the best tenants, and the signing of ARNE is entirely in keeping with this strategy. It not only reflects Victoria Leeds’ position as a prime asset, but also the intelligent leasing undertaken to give visitors the continuously refreshed, leading lifestyle destination they demand.”

James Edmondson
Asset Manager, Redical

Redical said mixed fashion at Victoria Leeds has recorded an 8% collective sales uplift year on year. The ARNE deal also follows further fashion leasing activity at the destination, including AS Colour’s signing for its first Yorkshire location in Victoria Quarter earlier in 2026.

LM and Central Retail represented Redical on the transaction, while KLM Real Estate acted on behalf of ARNE.

Victoria Leeds Retail Mix

Victoria Leeds comprises Victoria Quarter, Victoria Gate and Sidney Street. Victoria Quarter incorporates a Grade II-listed network of Victorian buildings and arcades, including County Arcade and King Edward Street, while Victoria Gate provides the destination’s contemporary shopping environment.

The destination is home to more than 85 fashion and beauty boutiques and premium high street brands. Its retail mix includes John Lewis, The White Company, Reiss, Molton Brown, Nobody’s Child and & Other Stories, alongside brands including Ralph Lauren, Coach, ALO, Mulberry, Vivienne Westwood, Louis Vuitton and Boodles.

Its food and beverage offer includes The Ivy, The Ivy Asia, The Cut & Craft, Habbibi and Uyare by Tharavadu, while Victoria Gate Casino operates 24 hours a day.

Victoria Leeds also stages seasonal and social events across the destination, including activity at its open-air Sidney Street space and on the rooftop level of its multi-storey car park.

Redical and ARNE

Redical was established in 2020 by Mikko Syrjanen and Petteri Barman, co-founders of Aalto Invest and former co-heads of real assets and members of the global Executive Committee at Man Group Plc.

The company owns and operates shopping centres and urban mixed-use estates in the UK. Its acquisitions include Clayton Square in 2021, Victoria Leeds and The Liberty Romford in 2022, and Merry Hill in 2026. Redical is based in London’s West End, with offices on Regent Street.

ARNE was founded in 2018. Initially established as a menswear brand, it has since expanded into womenswear and footwear, with its product offer centred on quality, timeless design and everyday versatility.

The Victoria Leeds agreement will add a third permanent UK store to ARNE’s growing physical retail network.
