Shaftesbury Capital has announced that ARNE will open a temporary store at 5–7 Carnaby Street on 1st November. The 4,500 sq ft pop-up will operate throughout the festive trading period.
The digitally native clothing and footwear brand will use the space to present its menswear and womenswear collections, alongside its footwear range. The opening forms part of ARNE’s move into physical retail.

The brand, known for its minimalist aesthetic and online following, was founded by Ryan and Reece Broadhurst. The Carnaby Street location will be used to engage directly with customers and display a wider product offering.
Shaftesbury Capital said the letting aligns with its broader strategy of supporting both emerging and established retailers in central London. William Oliver, Director of Retail & Restaurant Leasing at Shaftesbury Capital, stated: “Our upcoming activation with ARNE reflects our commitment to supporting digitally native brands as they expand into physical retail, and cements Carnaby Street and Soho’s reputation as a platform for innovative and experience-led concepts. We continue to attract a high calibre of brands that recognise the unique appeal and commercial strength of Carnaby Street and Soho, and are eager to be part of this constantly evolving retail destination.”

Ryan and Reece Broadhurst added: “Soho has always been a special location for us, it’s the perfect location to directly connect with our community and showcase the full ARNE experience. This pop-up represents the next step in bringing our vision to life in a space that reflects our values around quality and design, and we look forward to being a part of this iconic neighbourhood throughout the festive season.”

The ARNE pop-up follows other recent signings across the Soho area, including the launch of Heard, a smash burger concept, and Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant ALTA. These additions form part of Shaftesbury Capital’s approach to maintaining a varied mix of retail and hospitality operators ahead of the winter season.
