Blank Street unveiled its latest pop-up concept, the Blank Street Post Room, a fully functional post office-style installation that operated in the heart of Soho, London. The pop-up ran from Thursday 30 October to Sunday 2 November 2025, offering a space that transformed everyday tasks into engaging experiences by blending routine errands with the café brand’s signature style.
Located at 59 Greek Street, the Post Room allowed guests to post parcels via branded InPost lockers, take passport-style photos, and write letters to their future selves. Blank Street’s bespoke packaging was available on site, along with branded merchandise for purchase and gifting.

The concept reflected the brand’s focus on reimagining daily rituals, aligning with its mission to make life’s ordinary moments more meaningful. According to Blank Street, 57% of Gen Z treated themselves at least once a week, a behavioural trend the Post Room sought to tap into by encouraging guests to find joy in their to-do lists.

Creative direction for the project was overseen by Backlash. Katie Peake, Creative Director & Founder, commented: “Working with Blank Street has been an exciting creative journey. The brand is known for leading the way in shaping culturally defining moments, so the challenge was on to keep pushing creative boundaries and deliver something fresh.
“From ideation to execution, this pop-up was built to bring Blank Street’s mission to turn everyday moments into something extraordinary. The Post Room captured that energy perfectly: it transformed the routine act of running errands into a playful, stylish and rewarding experience. Whether you were returning a parcel or writing to your future self, it was about finding the magic in life’s smallest moments… Those main character moments that make the mundane feel memorable.”

The Post Room pop-up added to Blank Street’s presence across the UK. With 46 locations in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, the brand continues to grow its community-centred model across high street locations.
