Joe & The Juice has signed for two new UK locations at Bullring in Birmingham and The Oracle in Reading, reflecting continued demand for experience-led F&B within retail destinations.
Joe & The Juice has signed for two new locations across Hammerson’s portfolio, totalling more than 4,850 sq ft.
The brand will open at Bullring in Birmingham and The Oracle in Reading, reflecting continued demand for space within established retail destinations and the ongoing integration of food and beverage operators alongside traditional retail. Across Hammerson’s schemes, this trend continues to shape leasing activity.
At Bullring, Joe & The Juice will occupy a unit of approximately 2,130 sq ft, with seating for more than 50 customers. The addition contributes to the destination’s existing mix of food and beverage and retail occupiers.
The brand will also make its debut in Reading with a new store at The Oracle. The unit will span around 2,745 sq ft and include more than 40 covers, incorporating Joe & The Juice’s Scandinavian-inspired design approach.

The signings follow the opening of Joe & The Juice’s debut at Cabot Circus, Bristol, in August 2025.
