The MAPIC Awards, a distinguished competition established to celebrate outstanding achievements in the retail real estate sector, has unveiled its shortlisted projects for the 2023 edition. This annual event acknowledges top-tier retail brand performance, groundbreaking solutions in sustainability and innovation, as well as the most transformative real estate projects and redevelopments. The awards ceremony is a high-profile affair, graced by the presence of leading professionals in the industry.

This year, the awards are themed around ‘The Age of Responsible Growth,’ focusing on projects and brands that prioritize both communities and environmental sustainability. The 2023 MAPIC Awards feature thirteen rejuvenated categories, including eight traditional and five newly introduced ones. These categories are tailored to recognise the most groundbreaking and impactful concepts, regeneration initiatives, and development projects on a global scale over the past year.
