Contemporary fashion brand ARNE has opened a 2,800 sq ft pop-up at Landsec’s Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, its first retail location in the South East.

The six-month store, on Bluewater‘s Lower Guildhall, offers ARNE‘s menswear, womenswear and footwear collections. Landsec said footfall at the centre rose 5% over the pop-up’s opening weekend compared with the same period last year.

The opening follows ARNE’s two-week pop-up on Carnaby Street last year, as the brand continues to expand its physical retail presence.

“ARNE is an example of a brand that has built a strong following and is now investing in physical retail to reach customers in new locations. Having already established a successful presence at Liverpool ONE, we’re pleased to welcome the brand to another of Landsec’s centres.”

“The Guildhall is becoming a key destination for premium brands, with a curated mix of classic and contemporary retailers. Its strong audience of affluent shoppers makes it an ideal location for ARNE to explore new opportunities through a flexible retail format.”

Clare Dutton, Portfolio Director, Landsec

ARNE joins a series of new fashion and lifestyle arrivals at Bluewater, including Jack & Jones and HUSH, with Danish lifestyle retailer Søstrene Grene set to open soon. The centre also recently welcomed Molton Brown’s first standalone Scent Pavilion.

ARNE opened a permanent store at Landsec’s Liverpool ONE in 2025 and in September signed for its third permanent UK store, at Victoria Leeds.
