The Sloane Stanley Estate has revealed plans to host a series of art and food & beverage pop‑ups covering nearly 10,000 sq ft between now and early January. The programme includes a dedicated Christmas pop‑up by Bijoux de Mimi, the jewellery label aimed at Gen Z.

Bijoux de Mimi will occupy 324‑326 King’s Road throughout December. The brand is known for colourful, hypo‑allergenic gold‑ and silver‑plated pieces, and this will mark its third pop‑up at this address. Its previous spaces in May 2025 and July last year attracted over 3,000 visitors. The return underlines the Estate’s focus on repeat pop‑up models and returning retail partners.

At 340 King’s Road, the Estate will host a sequence of rotating art exhibitions. The schedule begins with Chelsea Art Society (running now to 30 November), followed by Lucinda Dalton Gallery (2 December – 25 December) and then Linda Blackstone Gallery (17 December – 5 January). Prior to these, the unit housed Nonna Tonda, a pasta‑delivery brand operating until 20 November and showcasing the Estate’s interest in dynamic F&B collaborations.

Meanwhile, before Bijoux de Mimi launches, 324‑326 King’s Road has already hosted a pop‑up by Urban Ranch offering handcrafted Kenyan products, and currently houses Hommage Art until 10 December – the final pop‑up before the brand takes a permanent space next year.

Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley, commented: “These festive pop‑ups are a great example of how our flexible‑leasing approach continues to attract exciting and seasonal brands to the estate. Welcoming Bijoux de Mimi back to the King’s Road highlights how well debut pop‑up concepts perform here, and alongside our new art pop‑ups, this demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting creative, independent, and innovative brands across the King’s Road and Fulham Road.”

Amelia Hitchcock‑Merritt, Founder of Bijoux de Mimi, added: “The King’s Road is the perfect home for our brand, and we’re so excited to be back this December. After the success of our previous pop‑up, which welcomed over 3,000 Gen Z customers, we knew we had to return, and with the support of Sloane Stanley, we’re confident this will be another incredible experience in one of London’s most iconic retail destinations.”

The festive pop‑up schedule will join established brands already located on the Estate, such as Penelope Chilvers, the interiors store Ed Butcher, Aspiga and Pink City Prints. It will also complement a growing roster of food & beverage operators, including upcoming additions The Chelsea Grill and Beef & Bass.

The Estate is represented by Miles Commercial and Levy Real Estate in commercial leasing.
