Mango has opened a new store in Cheltenham’s Regent Arcade, introducing its latest Woman collection while continuing its UK expansion under its 4Es Strategic Plan.
Mango has opened a new store in Cheltenham, creating 10 jobs as part of its ongoing UK expansion strategy.
Located within Regent Arcade, the 4,500 sq ft store showcases Mango’s latest Woman collection, including clothing, footwear and accessories. The collection is designed at the brand’s Barcelona atelier by a team of 500 specialists, combining timeless wardrobe staples with contemporary pieces influenced by its Mediterranean heritage.
The Cheltenham store has been developed in line with Mango’s New Med concept, an interior design approach that reflects the brand’s Mediterranean identity. The scheme incorporates natural textures, warm tones and sustainable materials to create a bright and accessible retail environment.
Expansion Strategy
The opening forms part of Mango’s 2024–2026 4Es Strategic Plan, which focuses on accelerating sales growth and expanding its physical store network globally. The UK remains a priority market for the business and is currently among its top 10 worldwide. Mango is targeting the opening of 500 new stores globally by the end of 2026, including 15 in the UK this year.
The strategy follows a period of strong financial performance. In its 2025 full-year results, Mango reported global turnover of €3.8bn, representing a 13% increase year on year, or 16% at constant exchange rates. In the UK, turnover grew by close to 20%, supported by the continued execution of its strategy and positioning.
“Our new Woman store in Cheltenham is a confident step forward for Mango, building on the strong progress we have made over the last year to broaden the appeal of Mango to even more customers across the UK. Cheltenham is the perfect new home to introduce our Woman collection to customers in the Cotswolds, in a store format that truly represents the Mediterranean soul of our brand.”
Fiona Cullen, International Regional Director for the UK & Ireland
At the end of 2025, Mango operated more than 100 points of sale across the UK, including standalone stores, concessions, its own e-commerce platform, and third-party marketplaces. The Cheltenham opening further strengthens its regional presence as part of its broader growth strategy.
