Harlequin Watford has announced that Space NK will open a new store at the centre in early 2026. Spanning 3,432 square feet, the store will operate under a 10-year lease and will introduce Space NK’s updated retail concept focused on customer experience and product discovery.
The arrival of Space NK adds to the centre’s expanding portfolio of beauty and wellness retailers, which currently includes Boots, Lush, MAC, Superdrug, Rituals, and The Fragrance Shop.

The new store will feature a layout designed to support ease of navigation and encourage exploration of Space NK’s curated selection of global beauty brands. Customers will be able to browse skincare, haircare, makeup and fragrance from names such as Drunk Elephant, Rare Beauty, Olaplex and Charlotte Tilbury, supported by a team of in-store beauty advisors.
Rob Jewell, Managing Director, Asset Management at Pradera Lateral, commented: “Space NK’s arrival is a fantastic addition to Harlequin Watford. The retailer’s reputation for excellence and innovation perfectly aligns with our ambition to make the centre a one-stop shop for premium retail and beauty, and we are confident it will be well received by our guests. This new partnership reinforces our commitment to delivering a diverse and aspirational brand mix that continues to elevate Harlequin as a leading retail destination.”

Andy Lightfoot, CEO of Space NK, added: “Harlequin Watford is the perfect location as part of our ongoing commitment to make Space NK more accessible to customers across the UK. Our new stores are designed to deliver the best possible beauty experience – bringing together expert advice, product discovery and the world’s most loved brands under one roof.”
Harlequin Watford is owned by SGS UK Retail and asset managed by Pradera Lateral. The leasing process for this deal was managed by LM Real Estate and joint agents Time Retail Partners.
