Frasers Group will open an 85,000 sq ft integrated Sports Direct and Everlast Gyms+ destination on Henry Street, Dublin, on Saturday 25 July 2026. The launch will mark the first Everlast Gyms location outside the UK and bring the group’s combined retail and fitness format to Ireland.
The four-storey site will comprise a 60,000 sq ft Sports Direct store across the first three floors, with a 25,000 sq ft Everlast Gyms+ Dublin on the fourth. Parent company Frasers Group said the opening forms part of its continued expansion outside the UK.

The flagship has been designed as a connected retail and fitness hub, giving customers and members access to sports and lifestyle brands alongside gym facilities within the same building.
Retail And Fitness Across Three Floors
Everlast Gyms+ Dublin will include training, recovery, nutrition and community-led fitness spaces. The operator said the format is intended to support gym users across different levels of training.
“This is a huge moment for Everlast Gyms as we prepare to open our first site outside of the UK and bring our elevated concept to Dublin. Following the successful launch of an integrated Sports Direct and Everlast Gyms in the UK last year, we can’t wait to bring this holistic offering to Ireland, providing greater access to the world’s leading brands and a best-in-class fitness experience.”
