Activewear brand TALA is extending its physical retail presence beyond London for the first time, with a new store due to open at Westfield St James Quarter in Edinburgh this November.
TALA will open its third UK store and first permanent location outside London at Westfield St James Quarter in Edinburgh in November 2026.
Founded in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley, the activewear brand has built much of its growth through organic social channels before expanding further into physical retail.
The move will mark TALA’s first permanent retail location outside the capital. The new store will carry the brand’s full product range and offer personalised customer service, building on its experience from the two London locations.
“We’re proud to announce that TALA is opening its third store and first outside of London. The success of our Carnaby and Westfield White City stores has proven our retail model and it’s now time to build on this success. Expanding beyond London has long been in the works, but for our first step outside the capital it was so important that we found a location that felt a natural fit for TALA, and Edinburgh ticks every box.
We already know we have a great TALA community in Edinburgh, and the city’s strong outdoor and active culture makes it the perfect place for us to put down roots.
Bringing TALA to women all around the UK is one of our key goals, and we’re looking forward to Edinburgh marking the start of that IRL journey. We can’t wait to meet more of our community in person and become part of this historic city.”
Sally Hughes-Daniels, CEO of TALA
The Edinburgh store is scheduled to open in November 2026.
