Touchwood, a retail and leisure destination in Solihull, has confirmed the arrival of beauty retailer Space NK. The brand has signed a 10-year lease for a 3,648 sq ft store in Crescent Arcade.
The store adds to Touchwood’s existing retail line-up, which includes Apple, John Lewis, Zara, Mango, Miele and Oliver Bonas. The addition of Space NK is part of a broader tenant diversification strategy at the centre, with more brands set to be announced in the coming weeks.

Since acquiring Touchwood in 2021, owner The Ardent Companies and asset manager Sovereign Centros from CBRE have introduced a range of retail, dining and leisure operators aimed at broadening the centre’s appeal and attracting new visitors.
Andrew Hilston, Managing Director for Ardent, said: “The arrival of Space NK is a fantastic addition to the luxury offer at Touchwood, and represents the quality of occupier we are constantly seeking to bring to the scheme. The varied and high-quality line-up of stores, brands and operators available at Touchwood highlights its position as the West Midlands’ leading destination, reflected with increasing footfall and customer support that places it among the UK’s best-performing retail assets.”

Asset management is overseen by Sovereign Centros from CBRE, with leasing agents Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank retained on the scheme.
