Landsec has secured Mulberry for Liverpool ONE, with the British luxury brand set to open a 979 sq ft store on Peter’s Lane in November. The new location will occupy a prominent position within Keys Court as the destination continues to develop its premium retail mix.
The store will offer Mulberry’s everyday icons and gifting pieces to Liverpool ONE’s 33 million annual visitors. The destination attracts a combination of local shoppers, domestic visitors and international tourists.

Peter’s Lane Premium Retail Mix
Mulberry’s arrival adds to recent leasing activity on Peter’s Lane, including ARNE and Monica Vinader, alongside Salomon’s first full-price UK store outside London. The additions form part of the continued development of Peter’s Lane as a premium fashion and lifestyle destination.
Focus On The UK Market
The Liverpool ONE opening also aligns with Mulberry’s ‘Back to the Mulberry Spirit’ strategy. The approach places renewed emphasis on the brand’s core UK market, strengthening customer connections and prioritising locations intended to support long-term growth.
Mulberry has grown to become the UK’s largest manufacturer of luxury leather goods and is recognised for its contemporary interpretation of British heritage and craftsmanship, alongside its commitment to sustainable luxury. The Liverpool signing follows further physical retail activity for the brand, including a pop-up at Landsec-owned Gunwharf Quays in 2025.
“Mulberry’s decision to open in Liverpool ONE reflects the opportunity presented by Peter’s Lane as it continues to establish itself as a premium retail destination. As the brand sharpens its focus on its core UK market, Liverpool ONE offers the right combination of brand performance and spend potential to support its long-term ambitions.”
