The Made in H&F pop up boutique has officially returned to Livat Hammersmith, bringing a curated selection of local makers back to its original home just ahead of the festive season. The much-loved store, which first launched in 2018 at what was then Kings Mall, offers independent designers and artisans a dedicated retail space to showcase their work and connect directly with customers.
Now re-established in the heart of Hammersmith, the store features an eclectic mix of products crafted in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Shoppers can expect to find a diverse array of art, jewellery, accessories, gifts, urban wear and upcycled furniture — all created by local talent.

The initiative is a joint project between Livat Hammersmith, Hammersmith & Fulham Council, the charity Artists’ Window and Hammersmith BID, aimed at transforming underused retail units into vibrant community spaces that support small businesses and enliven the local high street.
Following a soft launch on 25 September, the store is now trading and will remain open through the Christmas period, offering visitors the chance to shop locally and support homegrown talent during one of the busiest times of the year.
Memo Hussein, Meeting Place Manager at Livat Hammersmith, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Made in H&F back to Livat Hammersmith, the place where it all began. Supporting local makers and small businesses is central to our vision for Livat as a community meeting place, not just a shopping destination. The creativity and energy that Made in H&F brings perfectly reflects the spirit of Hammersmith, and we can’t wait for our visitors to explore and discover the incredible local talent behind each product.”
Livia Caruso, BID Director at Hammersmith BID, added: “Livat Hammersmith was Made in H&F’s home back in 2018 so we couldn’t be happier to be bringing it back to the centre. The shop’s success over the years in supporting so many local traders and boosting the high street offer is something we’re extremely proud of. As a business improvement district, our mission is to enhance Hammersmith’s high street and find creative solutions to lesser-used spaces, and this project does exactly that.”
Cllr Zarar Qayyum, Cabinet Member of Enterprise and Skills at Hammersmith & Fulham Council, said: “Made in H&F is one of the ways we’re introducing incredible independent small businesses and traders to H&F’s high streets, shoppers and visitors. It’s part of our work to make H&F a stronger, safer and kinder borough — by supporting the local economy, entrepreneurs and creatives. The store’s new location in Livat is a great chance to bring Made in H&F to even more people. Make sure to visit over the next few months, I know I will be.”
The return of Made in H&F to Livat Hammersmith highlights the power of community-driven retail and its role in supporting small businesses, while enriching the borough’s high street experience during the most important shopping season of the year.
