P.Louise will open its first permanent retail location this autumn at Trafford Palazzo in Manchester. The new flagship, known as P.Louise City, will span two floors and cover 19,000 square feet, marking a major new chapter for the brand.
Founder and chief executive Paige Louise Williams has personally designed this fully accessible store. Created with the P.Louise community in mind, the space is intended to be far more than a traditional beauty shop. It reflects the founder’s long-held vision of a physical location shaped by creativity, personal expression and community engagement.
“We have had opportunities to go into retail before but I have always said we’d only do it if we could do it our way,” said Williams. “This isn’t just shelves and tills, this is a full-blown P.Louise City built by and for our community. It is about creating memorable moments from the second you step through the doors.”

The Manchester store will act as a physical counterpart to the brand’s Stockport headquarters and training academy, often referred to by fans as the P.Louise Empire. That site has long been the centre of the brand’s makeup education and product development, with tickets often sold out months in advance. Now, P.Louise City will translate that creative world into a retail environment where shoppers can engage with the brand in new ways.

More than simply a place to shop, P.Louise City has been designed as a fully immersive beauty playground. Features include the Bad B*tch Juice Bar, P.Louise Pharmacy, and P.Louise Supermarket, along with makeup education areas and even a dancefloor. Each space has been created to entertain, inspire and empower, while offering access to the brand’s complete range of colour cosmetics, skincare, bodycare and haircare. Themed zones throughout the store aim to guide visitors through the collection in a way that is both engaging and reflective of the brand’s identity.

Leandra Dwyer, asset manager at Peel Retail and Leisure, which owns Trafford Palazzo, said the opening represented a significant moment for both the brand and the destination. “The opening of P.Louise’s first permanent flagship store at Trafford Palazzo marks a significant milestone for the brand and a proud moment for our team. The bold and immersive retail concept aligns seamlessly with the core vision of Trafford Palazzo – to deliver an extraordinary blend of experiential shopping and entertainment at TraffordCity, the UK’s foremost retail and leisure destination.”

To coincide with the launch, an exclusive event is being planned. Fans are encouraged to sign up to the P.Louise WhatsApp broadcast channel, where they will receive behind-the-scenes updates, early access to new products, and invitations to launch activities. Hoardings for the store are due to go live in the coming weeks.

P.Louise City will welcome visitors this autumn, offering a new destination for beauty lovers in Manchester and beyond. The opening marks a bold move from digital dominance into physical retail, bringing with it the community, confidence and colour that have defined the brand since its beginnings.
