Krispy Kreme today announced it will be bringing its daily fresh, handcrafted doughnuts to the West End in 2024 with the opening of a new retail shop at 27 Oxford Street. The shop will be the first in Central London to feature Krispy Kreme’s famous “Hotlight” theatre, offering irresistible original glazed doughnuts fresh off the line. The outlet will occupy 1,534 square feet of newly renovated prime retail space and become the brand’s 22nd location in Central London.

Krispy Kreme is celebrating its 20th anniversary in the UK in October this year and has expanded rapidly since its first opening in Enfield. Today it operates 126 Krispy Kreme retail shops across the UK, and has a presence in over 1,600 cabinets with leading grocery partners including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA and Morrisons shops, Moto, Center Parcs, RoadChef, Welcome Break and Euro Garages.

The new Krispy Kreme shop will occupy a freshly renovated building close to Tottenham Court Road Underground Station and the popular Outernet immersive entertainment district. More than 230 million trips have been made on the Elizabeth Line since it opened, with Tottenham Court Road Underground Station the most popular destination on the line.
